Turn off target of target and focus buffs maybe? and go with default wow damage combat text. That should declutter it quite a bit.

Yea theoretically I can turn off My portrait and target portrait altogether. I need to get some kind of UI mod like you have though. Pitbull or something? Dunno what's best atm.

Default combat text?!?!?! I love my combat text mod. Really helps me keep track of incoming/outgoing damage.

Mostly I want to clean up my redundancy like my unit frames and skill icons (don't really need to see key-bound, non-cooldown ones).
